Earth and Sky astronomy tours


It was the beautiful clear skies that resulted in the building of the observatory on top of Mount John. It is because of those same clear skies and the existence of observatory that Earth and Sky can provide visitors with informative tours of the facility.

Take a day tour and enjoy one of the best views in New Zealand. The summit of Mount John is 300 metres above the surrounding plains and provides spectacular panoramic views of the Mackenzie Country.
